Unpacker and Packer files for Special Force PH

• first is to install the vcsetup
• then go to your special force ph folders or data.
• open the unpacker or the RVGtool browse for .sff file in your SF folder

"take note" when it is unpacked already you can edit it using notepad. All detail in the sf will be shown. Need more further studies to hack the files or just erase the text you dont want to be place on the file of .sff

ex. You want a no flash and no smoke, well just erase the particles of the smoke and flash.

• after editing below the unpacked button, you will see another button which is the packer click on that button and start to play.
